Peace Of Mind
You may wish to buy trip insurance to protect your tuition fees. make sure to carefully read through any policy you consider to understand the extent and limitations of their coverage. Many companies require you to purchase insurance within a short window (20 days) after your first tuition payment, so make sure to do your research ahead of time.
Champ camp does not partner with or recommend any specific insurance company. For your convenience, you may wish to consult this comparison chart put together by Camp Augusta.
What are the hours? Does my child need to attend the entire time? Are there options for early drop-off and/or late pick-up?
The instructional hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Students may not be dropped off earlier than 8:45 am and must be picked up by 5:15pm everyday. Although we realize circumstances happen, the curriculum is designed for students who participate the entire time. It won't be possible for campers to make up any lost instructional time, and because our costs remain the same, we cannot issue any refunds for days missed.
What will you do to ensure student safety?
Campers will be directly supervised during all breaks and instructional times by our staff. We maintain a better-than 10:1 student-to-staff ratio. Campers will not be allowed to leave the building, except with their guardian (or a person the guardian has authorized in writing to pick up their child). Our administrative staff will follow strict procedures in checking students out each day.
All of our staff have been background checked.
